Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. Average delivery times range from 2-30  business days in Canada. 

Delays due to holidays, shipping carriers, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control,  but we’ll do our best to keep you updated.  

Lost or Missing Packages 

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, please contact us directly at info@bladdercancercanada.org. Kindly note that inquiries sent via social media or other channels cannot be addressed. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue and  ensure you receive your order or an appropriate resolution.
